Everything here takes effect immediately.

What is scheduled for deletion

Drafts: 30 days after you last touch them.
Finished digital items: 90 days.
Print files: 30 days after delivery, cancellation or a final refund.
Card list entries: reviewed at 12 months, deleted at 18 months of inactivity.
Order and tax records: kept for the statutory period only.

Delete your account

We cancel any jobs that are not required, revoke your sessions and share links, delete your photos, cards, drafts and card list, and ask our processors to delete their copies. Order, invoice and tax records required by law are kept for that period only, and we tell you which ones. If you have an order in production it still gets made and delivered.
